You can trust us to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the engagement, except as required by law or with written consent. 

All deliverables and materials specifically created for the client become the client’s property. 

A&M Segura Consulting retains ownership of any pre-existing frameworks, methodologies, templates, or tools used in the process, as well as the right to reference the engagement and use publicly available or non-confidential deliverables (e.g., project summaries, visuals, or outcomes) for marketing, portfolio, or business development purposes.
